Parking & Transport Information
Courtesy Shuttles
The shuttles run every 5-20 minutes, with shuttles departing less frequently between 12:30 am and 3 am. Please visit Courtesy Shuttles for more information.
Rental Cars
A free shuttle is provided between the passenger terminals and the Rental Car Center, where the rental car counters are located. Please visit Rental Cars for more information.
App-based rides
Look for the Ride-Share Pick Up Location sign at each passenger terminal and the USO Lounge to meet your driver. We offer Uber, Lyft, Opoli and Wingz services. Please visit Commercial Vehicle Services for more information.
Cell Phone Waiting Lot
Located at 3350 John Bangs Dr, Ontario, CA 91761. The Cellphone Lot has 35 spaces (plus 3 ADA spaces) and is free to use. There is a 1 hour maximum in the Cellphone Waiting Lot. Overnight or extended parking is not allowed.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Electric vehicle charging stations are located on the south side in Premium Lots 2 and 4.

Please scan the QR code or barcode on your booking confirmation (either via a mobile device or printed copy).If the code is not recognized, or you do not have your booking confirmation email, please press the intercom assistance button on the entry column, a staff member will assist you.Please do not take a ticket to gain access to the lot, as this is not required, resulting in issues arising when trying to exit the lot.
A height restriction of 9 feet 6 inches applies to all parking lots across all the Airport sites. Oversize vehicles including large trucks, campers, trailers, RVs and limousines are prohibited from our parking facilities.
ONT provides a Cellphone Waiting lot for visitors waiting to pick up travelers. The Cellphone Lot is located at 3350 John Bangs Dr, Ontario, CA 91761. The Cellphone Lot has 35 spaces (plus 3 ADA spaces) and is free to use. There is a 1 hour maximum in the Cellphone Waiting Lot. Overnight or extended parking is not allowed.
Handicap parking at ONT is available at all of our lots. if you have distinguishing placards or special license plates issued for persons with disabilities, then you will be able to park in special accessible spaces within each parking lot. We cannot reserve these accessible spaces. Note that if you park in one of these spaces without displaying the necessary permits, then your vehicle may be towed at your expense.
