In accordance with the California Public Records Act, any person may receive a copy of public records not otherwise exempt from public disclosure. Per GC 6253.9(a), electronic data shall be provided in the format in which the agency holds it. The Clerk to the OIAA shall determine within ten (10) days after the receipt of such request, whether it is possible to comply and will notify the requestor of such determination and reason thereafter.”
