At ONT, we want your airport experience to be as effortless as possible. Our traveler services are designed to welcome you to the ONT experience and help you through your journey at our Airport. From hydration stations, pet relief areas, and personal protective equipment (PPE) vending to disability services, lost and found and specialized nursing rooms, we have what you need to travel worry-free. Terminals 2 and 4 each have two Automated Teller Machines (ATM), one on the Lower Level and one on the Upper Level.

The ATMs on the Lower Level, in both terminals, are located across from the Information Desk and the ATMs on the Upper Level are located across from Gate 206 in Terminal 2 and across from Gate 407 in Terminal 4.

Our International Terminal (FIS) Facility also has an ATM near the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) window on the left hand side as you enter the facility. 

There is also one ATM in the Rental Car Facility.

Baggage claim areas are located on the ground level of both terminals.

Luggage cart rentals are available in the baggage claim areas.

Skycap service is available in front of the terminals across from the ticket counters.

Travelers with special requirements should arrive at the airport one hour before the airline's recommended arrival time, to ensure timely processing in the event of unexpected circumstances.

The all-inclusive premium airport lounges are open to all ONT travelers. Guests receive a wide variety of amenities that include hot and cold food and beverages, plush and relaxing seating with ample power outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, and up-to-the-second flight information.

The Aspire Lounge is located in Terminal 2 Gate 210 and in Terminal 4 Gate 410. The lounge is open to all passengers for a current admission fee of $37 per adult.

Visits can be pre-booked at www.aspirelounges.com. All Aspire Lounges accept various entry methods, including eligible American Express cardholders, Priority Pass, and more to come. Each Aspire Lounge offers a discounted "thank you" rate for military and emergency personnel, currently at $30 per adult.

If you have a problem with lost luggage or other items left onboard an aircraft, contact your airline

Items left or lost in the public areas of Ontario International Airport, including gate areas or security checkpoints may have been turned into our Lost & Found Department.

All Items stored in our Lost & Found Department must be claimed within 90 days, or items will be disposed of.

Driver License, ID, Passports and Credit Cards are only held 5 working days then returned to the issuing agency or destroyed.

Where are the nursing rooms in Ontario International Airport?

To provide mothers with a private and secure area to pump or nurse, Ontario International Airport has nursing rooms located in Terminal 2 and Terminal 4. These single-occupancy lactation rooms allow mothers to breastfeed or pump conveniently and privately. For your comfort, each nursing lounge is equipped with padded benches, an electrical outlet and changing area. The private rooms are not associated with a restroom but are in close proximity.

ONT Nursing Room Locations:

Terminal 2 – The Terminal 2 mother’s room is located on the 2nd floor past TSA screening, across from Gate 207, next to the Women’s Restroom.

Terminal 4 – The Terminal 4 mother’s room is located on the 2nd floor past TSA screening, across from Gate 407, next to the Family Restroom.

Ontario International Airport strives to create positive experiences for every traveler, and by offering private nursing rooms to mothers, we hope to make your next visit even more pleasant.

To ensure our lactation rooms are accessible to every mother, our nursing lounges were constructed following the California Building Code and comply with federal and state ADA standards.

Pet relief areas are located outside and inside the terminals. Outside pet relief areas are located at the far ends of the terminal buildings. Inside pet relief areas are located near gates 210 (Terminal 2) and 410 (Terminal 4).

PPE vending machines are located in Terminal 2 and 4 (Pre-security near the main door entrance and Post-security near TSA). You can purchase gloves, masks, liquid-gel sanitizer and many other items here to adhere to best practices of social distancing during your travels.

Be on the lookout for ONT's very own registered therapy dogs - the ONT Paw Squad. You'll know these friendly pups by their turquoise bandanas and wagging tails.The ONT Paw Squad's mission is to put a smile on your face, bring joy to your day, and to help make travel through ONT an even happier experience. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Millions of travelers pass through Ontario International Airport every year. Travelers Aid Volunteers are there to assist them with information to make their way through the airport as well as around the Inland Empire.

Volunteers serve at the Welcome/Information Center located in both Terminals 2 & 4 providing directions, information and friendly assistance. Volunteers commit to work at least one four-hour shift each week at the airport.

The Ontario-USO lounge is located in the Administration Building (old Terminal 1) across from Parking Lot F at 1940 East Moore Way. There is a free shuttle service available from Terminals 2 and 4.

The facility has approximately 10,000 square feet of space that feature comfortable television lounges with a library of films and television shows; a free library of books and magazines; computers with internet access; game room; luggage storage; children’s area and nursery; "Canteen" snack bar; family room; nap room; international map display area; and outdoor patio area. All services are provided to troops and their families free of charge.

The facility serves more than 80,000 active duty, reserve and retired service members and their families each year.
